Dear Friends,
Christina and I attended ACT Bootcamp in Reno from March 17-20, 2018, to further our knowledge on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). The applications with ACT are endless to the people we work with, as well as our personal lives.
Being able to identify what we value and what we can do every day to work towards our values (goals) makes a huge difference. We enjoyed bootcamp so much that we teamed up to create free printables for your home and work.
