Most frequent questions and answers
Most of Rogue ABA’s current products are sent as digital files. You will receive an email with a link to download your materials. Some materials could need a link and password and will also be sent in an auto email. Do not delete those emails as they are your access into the study material.
The SAFMEDS, Graphic Organizers, and the Manual are the only Rogue products that are shipped to your house. Shipping will be charged at checkout. SAFMEDS get shipped out every Wednesday as part of our work program. Cards normally take at least 3 days after shipping day to be delivered to your house. No shipping on weekends.
Graphic Organizers and Manuals are shipped out by the publishing company after purchase. Please allow 1-2 days for shipment and 3-5 days for delivery.
At this time we only ship within the United States.
Just like other major prep companies, Rogue does not offer a passing guarantee on our 5 week course. Our pass rates for our course are based on course members that go to every course when its offered live and complete at least 90% of the online content.
Audios are directly purchased through a subscription from Anchor. Once a subscription is purchased, the audios can be listened through Spotify on any device. Please contact Anchor or Spotify if you need technical support.
Rogue ABA puts our customers as a priority. You are more than a number to us.
With that said, due to the nature of our products, all sales on digital products are final. In addition to our digital orders, this policy also applies to the purchase of the SAFMEDS deck. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of your purchase date and we will work to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Refund Policy for 1/3/6 month terms (after 12/9/19): There are no refunds on Rogue Rewind services. This service is already priced at a discounted rate in order for everyone to be able to use this service for their studies.
